I was happy with the range of stuff they had. Compared to a few other stores I’ve tried, it was easier to find most of what I needed without having to search around too much. Overall, a solid experience

The site was frustrating to use. Pages were slow, slow to load, and checkout felt kind of confusing. I kept having to click around and click around just to find basic info. Not the best experience.

I ordered from ardentgoods.co and the package showed up a bit sooner than I had in my head. I usually just use tracking updates as my quick way to judge if an order is moving along, and it was updating well enough. It wasn’t totally perfect, and it did land one day later than the first estimate, but that didn’t feel like a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how fast the shipping was

My order showed up, but two of the items weren’t the ones I picked. Customer support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it still took a while to get everything sorted. It wasn’t a total disaster, just one of those annoying things that felt extra draining when I already didn’t have the energy to deal with it.

I reached out for help and waited days, but I still never got a proper reply. dealing with it has been mentally draining, especially when all I wanted was a simple answer or some kind of support.

I ordered from ardentgoods.co and, I mean, the item itself was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. But the packaging wasn’t great. The box showed up kind of crushed on one side, and there really wasn’t much padding inside, so the item had clearly been shifting around during delivery.

For the price, I guess I just expected it to be packed a bit more carefully. Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but it didn’t exactly feel secure or well protected. I’d probably hesitate before ordering again unless they improve the way they package things.

I’m only sharing this because I actually went through the return process myself. They made it sound simple and hassle-free, but that was not my experience at all. What they promised up front didn’t really match what happened once I tried to return the item. It ended up being way more frustrating than it should have been.

It looks nice enough when it’s set up, but the material feels a bit thinner than I thought it would. Maybe I was expecting something sturdier, not sure. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average...
